This year, 832 employees reached a new service milestone, marking years, and in many cases, decades, of dedication to the people and communities they serve. Together, these milestones represent thousands of years of care, consistency, and meaningful impact across Elwyn programs.

What makes these milestones meaningful is what they represent: employees building careers, growing alongside one another, and creating stability, connection, and opportunity for the individuals Elwyn supports. That continuity matters — to the people served, to families, and to the communities Elwyn is part of.

“Service milestones at Elwyn are really about people and relationships, not numbers on a page,” said Michele Deuterman, Chief HR Officer at Elwyn. “They reflect countless moments of kindness, patience, and encouragement as our teams walk alongside individuals and families through both everyday routines and life’s biggest challenges. We are deeply grateful for the employees who choose to grow their careers here, support one another, and create a sense of stability and belonging for the people we serve.”
