Charles “Chuck” Naus

Charles “Chuck” Naus is Elwyn’s Chief Information Officer (CIO). Chuck joined Elwyn in December of 2019. In this capacity, Chuck oversees all Elwyn’s information technology portfolio, covering the areas of project management, application development, data stewardship, infrastructure, IT Security and operations. Chuck collaborates with executive leadership to mold and craft strategic initiatives in support of Elwyn’s mission and vision.

Since joining, Chuck has completed an organizational reformation within the IT arena, founding a project management office responsible for delivering enterprise level change across the organization, developing stronger leaders and expanding technical skills with an emphasis on professional development. Chuck has been the architect of a shared data warehouse and business intelligence solution to improve visibility across all major systems.

Chuck is responsible for consolidating and expanding Elwyn’s communications tools, enabling effective collaboration between in-person, remote and hybrid work models. Introducing hardware and software lifecycles to ensure greater stability and consistent capabilities for Elwyn employees while maintaining the highest levels of safety and security.

Prior to joining the Elwyn team, Chuck served as a Chief Information Officer for the State of New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities, where he was one of the core architects of the Supports Program. The Supports Program is a Medicaid waiver that vastly expands services for people with ID/DD in New Jersey.
